Portland Glass dealers offer compensation plans that offer a strong base wage, with productivity and profit bonuses that allow you to earn incentives based on your personal ability. These locations add to your ability to earn additional incentives by offering ongoing training and advancement.

Sales

Do you want to be with a PREMIUM service provider in a competitive market? The Portland Glass® sales force works with high quality prospects in the insurance, education, health care, property management and other commercial fields who want quality and timely service, preventative maintenance, and installation alternatives.

The Portland Glass selling program provides an opportunity for a short turnaround selling cycle. You MUST be competitive but able to work within a winning team environment. You MUST be available to work evenings and weekends.

Management

Do you have the drive and desire to manage a PREMIUM service company? Portland Glass®'s management personnel come from all walks of life with one common ambition - the desire to be winners!

Performing a management position within Portland Glass, you must be a people builder as well as a team player. You must have a burning desire to learn all you can to be a success - then be willing to share this experience and knowledge with your other teammates.

Customer Service

Are you a people person? Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact the customer has with Portland Glass® - therefore, Portland Glass considers "front line" team members VERY IMPORTANT. Portland Glass locations aspire to create "Cheerleader" customers, the kind of customer that is so enthusiastic that they tell all of their friends and neighbors.

You MUST be competitive but able to work within a team environment - as well as have a PASSION to create "Cheerleader" customers. You must be available to work Saturdays.

Administration

Are you a people person? Portland Glass® locations run their companies by the numbers and stay on top of them every day. You will be expected to assist in the tracking of numbers at most all levels of the operation.

Realizing this is a very important position within a Portland Glass operation, you must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and at the same time stay organized. You must be a team player as you will be required to work within a team environment.
