A cool moment in our Newport, VT location from this week! A customer was waiting for his windshield to be replaced in our waiting area and decided to do some entertaining!
"He asked me if he could play his fiddle while he waited. He set up in the waiting area & also sang beautiful old folk songs for about an hour. He has been playing for about 7 years. A gentleman who retired & always wanted to play. He was taking lessons in person before COVID & when he had to stop he tried over video but decided it wasn’t the same so he just proceeded to continue learning on his own.
He was enjoying himself very much & would stop after each song & we would have a brief discussion about the song. It was a wonderful time & I can’t say that has ever happened in my 33 years at PG.
