Cannot ask more from Portland glass !! Called them for an in home replacement and within a few days, they were out to give me an accurate estimate. They explained the process required to replace my window and emailed me an estimate. Office called me and scheduled date and time for the technician to come and perform repair within a week. Technician arrived in a timely manor and made a clean , professional repair. Very satisfied with the entire process. Thank you !!!

Had the guys from Portland Glass Nashua out to install, dismantle and reinstall my surround for work and then repairs to my tile surround. Luis and Ryan were fantastic! They were knowledgeable, communicative, and conscientious workers. Would definitely use them again!
Excellent service from the initial call to the handshakes on the way out of the door! I can’t recommend Portland Glass any higher than 5 stars but I wish I could… I initially contacted safelite and was put off by their lack of care and poor listening skills, I was on the phone explaining my situation that I travel for work and needed an appointment within the next 2 days before I leave, after giving them all my info about my vehicle and my claim number for my insurance who I had already contacted I was told no problem we can get you in the day after tomorrow. So after spending over an hour on the call I was then pushed to another person in claims that literally started all over! After giving ALL of my info again (this is now past 2 hours) I was told that they couldn’t get me in until the following week (when I’ll be gone) I just told her to cancel the whole thing and delete my information because I’ll never do business with them regardless of how many commercials they run… the real life version of Safelite aka safelie is nothing even close to their commercials.
A couple times I have needed front or rear windows for cars I am restoring. Every time I contacted Portland Glass, they were able to get the windows to their store and ready for me to pickup in under 24 hours for a reasonable price. Very quick and easy to work with
