“About three weeks ago I was fortunate to choose Portland Glass in Portsmouth as the place to purchase a piece of glass for a large picture frame. The people there were amazingly helpful, they took care of my purchase as if it was a $3,000.00 purchase. As I left their store my bad knee gave way and dumped me into a puddle in the parking lot. Yup!! you guessed it, the glass shattered into a Zillion pieces. I reentered the store to purchase another glass and they produced it in what seemed like seconds and when I tried to pay they would not take any money. As I said , this was AWESOME!!! Great people.
